How I Work With Students

I serve all student-athletes as the Sport Psychology Coordinator embedded within the Athletic Center and have specialty interest in the areas of peak performance, injury recovery, eating/fueling concerns, trauma, PTSD, self-compassion, mindfulness, identity, multiculturalism, gender, sexuality, depression, anxiety, and stress management.

About Me

Throughout my training I have remained committed to working with college students and student-athletes with a Black, Indigenous and People of Color student-athlete emphasis. I hope to uplift student-athletes by providing a safe and confidential space for individuals to thrive holistically within personal, professional, and performance domains.

As a former Division I Track and Field student-athlete at the University of Wisconsin- Madison, I came to appreciate athletic culture for its social connectivity and mental challenge. As a clinician, I hope to be able to support student-athletes through the joys and rigors of such a multifaceted environment. I also appreciate authenticity within the clinical space and draw from Interpersonal Process and Systems perspectives.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching TV, staying active, and eating delicious food. Most of all, I love spending time with my family including my partner and three children.
Which Communities Represent Me
